I question the purpose of the video and it being authentic as opposed to being staged by an advocacy group. In other words I question the veracity of that video. Assuming it is true and not staged, her problem (if there are problems) are best addressed by Charities who reach out to families in need and by the government of California at the local level. This is not a national problem this is a local problem within the State of California and needs to be addressed locally there.
