An Apple Lisa, named after Steve Jobs daughter.
I believe that it is a valuable collectors item these days.

I remember the Lisa well. A project I was involved in with Martin Marietta acquired one as an experimental and development tool. It's concepts were too new at the time and while it attracted a lot of attention at first it eventually fell into disuse and the project stayed with the IBM PC.

I had little appreciation at the time of just how dominant the graphical user interface (GUI) would become.
