exactly. TI doenst want the headache of making the modems. they want customers.

TIs management has enough brains not to shoot themselves in the foot. is they shunt WSTL, then WSTL will use CG. if CG is better, TI could really hurt. TI needs us as a customer for C6.

My point was if AMTX ultimately acquired by someone other than TI, WSTL may lose its sweetheart deal with TI which I am almost sure they have for giving up AMTX.

WSTL now 18 1/2. AMTX 19 3/4.
