I see no reason you should be banned. The matter should be brought to Ann's attention.

Either do I, but a repeated question could get on the nerves of certain people.

I have NOT been threatened or warned, so don't take me wrong.

It has been my experience the big mouth wimps run to the moderators with complaints and lies when they are put on the spot, and can't handle the truth.

<gg_the_genius> fits that description, IMO.
