You are correct-------their Moms did not have to work until the feminist movement moved women into the work force en masse--------with the women having to abrogate the care of their children to the government. Many of the young mothers are forced to leave the home as a result of the feminist and socialist movement that gave control to the Federal Government whose mandates have grown over the years . Go back to pre-President Reagan election, Jimmy Carter days,--------------the Family Conference under Health and Human Services was the visible start of giving control of the children to the 'state', not in the sense of individual states, but to the state such as we would have in a communist and Socialist society.
