He's simply NOT tough.

Agree he is not street fighter tough. Besides the reason I agree with you and believe he is not street fighter tough is because of these 3 words: Ethoipian pirates, Osama Bin Laden and Alwaki. These three words tells me you should be tough at the right time and execute it with perfection and then go away quietly ready for the next battle. No boisterous banners like "Mission Accomplished."
