i still have to disagree with you<g>. part of it is to be difficult, part of it is because your wrong :).

no, i agree with you that the merger brought us down to 18- 20, but i dont think it drove us into the teens. going lower than 18 was a result of the overall market, just another effect of stocks trading with the market instead of their business.

however, i am happy with this deal, and am more than happy to say, YOU WERE RIGHT! if you'll recall, i was not a huge fan of the merger. i think i said something like we had paid a rolls royce price for a bunch of ford patents. now, we dont have to pay for them, we get them for free. if i ever see seamans, i am going to buy him a drink!
