If the economy is all that matters then i see your point. But Clinton did set the stage for Bush. Decimation of individual rights, sell out to China, repeal of Glass Steagall, opened the corral gate to the housing boom... he was George Costanza leaving on a high note I think most men love Clinton because of the Oral Office incident and the fact that he got away with it.
