I think Lucky missed the hit he wanted. CPTL did drop to $12 but has responded strongly (today at $14-3/8, more than double average volume).

Hopefully the rise continues and we don't get stuck in the $12-16 range for a long time.

On topic, it's nice to have CPTL still doing well. My new 12-18 month target is $20-22. But if we don't break $16 soon, we probably will be waiting for a while.
