Momentum slowly built in 1993 but did not really accelerate at all till 1997 when large land parcels started
to finally develop. By this time credit conditions loosened, much of the overhang had been absorbed and occupied and we had been creating 200k+ jobs a month for many years.. I compared the challenges Obama faces to the 1994 midterm elections
