Jet Gold To Raise CDN$700,000 By Private Placement Thursday, October 06, 2011 2:45 PM Canadian Jet Gold Corp. (TSX-V:JAU.v ) announces that it will raise by private non-brokered placement CDN$700,000 by issuing 3,500,000 common share purchase warrants. The warrants will allow the holder to purchase one common share at a value of $0.25 per share in year one and $0.30 in year two. The proceeds of the non-brokered placement will be used to further explore Jet Gold’s Big Hammer Gold and Silver Bay properties located in British Columbia. The private placement is subject to approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange.
