Phanton, thanks. I picked up Jim's 22,000-share buy in September. He at first filled out the wrong SEC form and three days later corrected his mistake. Let's hope a few more insiders show their interest. You are right about the larger holder of ultk. They are there for the long haul as long as the company performs well, but if there are any slipups these BIG GUYS/GALS head for the hills. Also, I am still trying to dig up some more details about their products and their competitive positon. Best wishes to all
