Was it 15 million shares?

Convertible at $5? Is this the same REG.S financing from last Spring when I bailed at $5 3/4?

I thought it was. Float means market price at time of conversion?

The stock acts like it is under heavy selling pressure. Or shorting. But the MF's should be done selling with the end of their fiscal year (Oct.31). And the public doesn't sell like this.

If the REG.S guys are still shorting to convert later at lower prices, it's very late in the game. They typically short right when the financing is signed.

Something isn't adding up. Maybe the original 8K needs to be looked at again.
