Sandy was one of my heroes. The other was da Mick. I saw Koufax throw his perfect game. Heard 2 of the no-hitters on the radio, and the one against SF was on TV. I didn't see the game he didn't pitch, cuz I was in shul.
If Sandy didn't strike out 10 batters, he was off his game.

I did not know until recently that Louis Armstrong was partly raised(kinda)by a Jewish family--the Karnofskys of New Orleans.. With Koufax and Armstrong, our team can't lose. <g>
