Not to defend CREAF;s approach entirely, but there may be contractual clauses/approvals in contracts which need to be cleared before both companies make any public announcements....

Good support at US$27 seems to be established, so if your guesses come through, they'd just spur short term performance in the stock.

So things should be "more stable" from here.
