The more I see Leyland, the more I admire the guy. Verlander clearly didn't have his good stuff, so why bring him back in after the rain delay. As it was, Texas never scored again, so it didn't matter. Verlander was only scheduled to start two games and thus only able to win two games. I presume now he will start three and still has a great shot to win two. So in the mind of the Tigers, they still have to consider themselves up 2-1. No need to panic. - Jeff
