Linda, Re: Buying the shares back

Linda,

I originally had an order in to buy them back @ $31.50. But I saw the ask was 97000 shares @ $31.75.

I knew it was coming down at that point and lowered my bid.

Unfortunately, I had no idea it would fall so much. Again, the buyers seem to take the afternoons off.

I've got 25 covered calls, so I'm not too worried. But, I'm a little hurt that you're obviously smarter than me - waiting for $30.50.

Congratulations. I think you made a great buy (we'll find out soon, won't we?)

I sold out completely yesterday at 31 1/2. Yes, now the ugly truth can be known, since so many of those here did likewise. I just plain needed a rest from stocks for a while. I did set buybacks at 27 and 28 for 500 shares each, and will consider more once those are filled. I almost bought 200 back at the close, but needed to stay clean at least one more day.

To Jack: Sorry. I was sure that if I told this thread, IOM would rocket to the moon. You see, I figured out that it's not when I sell, it's when I tell.

So now that I've told, watch IOM tomorrow! I can forgive myself if it stays below 34. After that, they will have to start removing sharp objects from my office again.
