I can't help thinking with the share price at 12 and BORL used its 25m cash to buy 2m BORL shares (5%) where we would be now..

Is it the same people at BORL making the same mistakes or is it different people making the same mistake.

You seem to assume facts not in evidence, i.e., that VSGN is a mistake. I cannot see how this is a mistake. While one could debate the price, it certainly seems a reasonable acquisition.
