Well, let's start by winning all the awards. (Are there any left?) Now, let's form some alliances with the likes of Iomega (using zip as the A-drive). Put some stuff on your system that the others don't quite have, would help (I don't know what... Norton's *something*). Then develope a reputation for after sales service (have they won that award or recognigtion, yet?). Pay the employees, at least in part, with stock.

Here's the hard one. Step on Intel's toes. Tell the end-user that he dosen't need 300Mhz, or even 266Mhz, yet. There simply isn't any game or other software out there that can't run perfectly well with 233Mhz MMX. (Surfing the web is RAM and modem intensive, not CPU.) If Intel doesn't come down in price, go with AMD or CYRX. But it's so hard to tell Intel that you want to turn a profit at their expense. They have a long memory and can hurt you in the long run.

I have the misfortune of loving this company. I think they're at least as good as GTW, and better than CPQ. Maybe they're as good as DELL. (Next system I need, I'll build myself. Individual components are so cheap right now.)

But I hope MUEI can get going. Not just because I'm long here. I think they've legitimately become the best.

No hype intended, they have an incredible struggle on their hands. All my opinion. Thanks for allowing me to ramble.
