What makes you think they are viable in the long run? Their creditors extend the grace period on their accounts due in temporal dribs and drabs and the secured lender bank has not extended their credit line as of yet. It's only a matter of time before some company copies or re-invents their APEX concept for less money. I can't believe they have adequate funds available to do R&D for the future.
