If AHP are to aquire this puppy they made a deal to smash it. If they break it in two or less they save at least 25%...without regard to what they own. They are probably selling naked calls on it. AHP, without regard to their conservitive claim to exposure to the recent weight loss law suits, will be suffering class action and individual law suits for the nest ten years over Redux alone. I knew there might be something behind the downgrade. If the sale is expected....that may be it. Bruce
