A year or so in a conversation with a Boeing employee, she said they were moving some of the manufacturing back here - not because of a currency issue - but because of more controllable supply issues. .........The real issue Krugman should be addressing - and maybe slowly he is getting there - is the issue of getting the stimulus money to stay in America. If it stays here it swirls around in the economy with its multiplier effect, whereas once it goes to China it is gone.
