'Christopher Cox at the SEC, just as an example, just decided not to enforce ANY REGULATION. That is how Bernie Madoff and other scamers got away with their simple little schemes. Anyone could have spent half a day looking at Madoff books would have been able to expose that simple scam.

Just because you have regulations does not mean that it has to be enforced.'

I just don't know how this can be equated with being 'conservative'. Letting the bad guys get off the hook time and time again. So look the other way as the guy robs a bank or goes 50 miles over what should be the safe speed limit in a wild west anything goes free market casino where those playing by the rules get hurt..
