There was little selling all day aside from what the
MM's and Shorty manufactured. Did everyone notice how
Shorty just sat and waited with the bid @ $1.73 waiting
for this SHAKEDOWN to nab some more shares. Then he finally
got about 50,000 right at the end to drop the bid to $1.60.

The GOOD NEWS is that these SHAKEDOWNS don't last more
than a day, and Shorty has to COVER with the financials
only 6 trading days away, along with another news release!

I know I'm probably beating the oily spot on the ground
where the dead horse used to be, but check out ERHC SHAKEOUT Day 6:

tscn.com

The shakeout day started at $2.40 and ended right on the
bid at $1.60. But then it GAPPED open @ $1.80 to ride back to
$2.40 THE NEXT DAY!!!

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO C$MA!!!!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THE DISTANCE!!!!

It is simply not true that $0 are required to short at a wholesale level. The maintaince requirements are smaller than the 30% required on the retail level - but the typical requirements for a BB stock or a NASDAQ stock are generally $2.00 per share.
