Keep in mind that there fully dilluted position is over 30 million so that cash value is less than 3.7 cents, however that is irrelevant as we all should know. The question is what's next. They may still shoot 3D and drill again in April. Until then the stock will certainly stay at lower levels. If they abandon the play then we wait for another acquisition. Regardless, it will live on and at .10 it is worth buying. The big fear should be further dillution and the possibility of a rollback. The issue was done as an equity issue to the public - 15 million shares - not a private placement. The stock won't be rebounding unless there is a solid reason. This is a widely held stock by retail shareholders. "they" don't exist.
