Speaking of crime and pension funds, it's looking like BNY Mellon is on the hot seat big time for systematically fleecing their clients (including pension funds) on foreign currency transactions on a daily basis...for decades. Harry says that civil charges are being filed, not criminal charges, as the latter would cause BNY Mellon to go into immediate BK.
