I semi-agree with Meta.

No point in a shame category. It carries a rather negative connotation and who needs more negativity these days?

The number of posts per year is IMHO totally meaningless. The most followed people on SI don’t post all that much.

Qualitative makes a lot more sense. Maybe based on recos?

I like the idea of recognizing active members based on membership years. They may not be the best and the brightest but they have “survived” 10 or 15 years in the market.



I have one other suggestion: Stop the ability to change aliases. I see no purpose in it. It just creates confusion.
