Gottfried, there won't be a cutoff this year, but I have gotten quite a backlog. The batch that you are in will finish going out by the end of this week, so you should have them by Oct. 18th. It's my goal that no one in the U.S. will wait more than 4 weeks from the time of order (a few Canadian shipments may get hung up in customs). Not sure how many thousands will go out yet, but I definitely don't want to deprive anyone who wants them (I feel a bit like Santa Clause!).
