>> what is the canadian sec titled? <<

Canada has 13 provincial and territorial securities commissions.
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) is an association of provincial and territorial securities regulators in Canada that tries to coordinate things.

List of Canadian securities regulators
SEDAR is a mandatory document filing and retrieval system for Canadian public companies operated
by the CSA , similar to the US's EDGAR.

I don't think they have a direct analogue of the SEC. Perhaps a Canadian could jump in here and
correct me.
