It's part of the rising tide of Islamism.

Same thing here. Our Muslim girls are dressing more conservatively than their Mothers did as teenagers, due to Mosque pressures.

What we have are Moderate Muslims with Wahabbi Imams forced on them by the Saudis who hold the Mosque Mortgages.
