I read their filings and did not find any explanation where the money came from. The numbers don't add up. But, there's no explanation on the restructuring and that is probably the source, and I did not read any filings for the parent co.

Thanks Difco. I was just curious looking out to next May but it appears that the large dividend is not likely to be repeated.
