The Wall Street protests against deepening financial crisis, economic inequality and corporate greed that targeted the nerve center of American capitalism are no longer merely in New York. This weekend it spreads from Seattle and Los Angeles on the west coast to Providence, Rhode Island, and Tampa, Florida, on the east, as many as 70 major cities and more than 600 communities across the United States of America. The number is expected to rise to 147 cities as protest groups plan to organize more rallies next week.
