No, I do not think we have a current situation comparable to Greece,
but that's ONLY because US is a huge economy and a huge country and the owner
of a global reserve currency. Put it in a simple way, US real credit rating is
not that great, but US government will enjoy low rates because global capital
needs a safe place to hide. Everybody is in the same boat, capital in
"risk off" trade flows where risk is less.

Interest rates rise due to sovereign default risk. It is perceived to be low, because
we can print.
