In reality, he did already quit... he gave up the Office to campaign 18 months before the election... this is a desperate and dangerous individual, he's willing to say and do anything to get re-elected, even the liberals think he's toxic... thanks to this nut case, we now have mobs of people blaming Wall Street for the failures of the White House...
