I dunno about that being my point.. I think we have a nice balance up here in Canada.. we elect a king for 4 years.. 5 if we are happy with him.. Our PM is not limited as your prez appears to be.. fun to blame Obama for all but really folks.. get real.. it's CONGRESS... Obama's flaw is he did not provide strength... I do not like the European model of a gazillion parties.. seems it leads to the same gridlock killing you guys... We give a guy free reign for a limited time.. if he does good.. we invite him back.. Folks up here were far more pi$$ed at the lack of getting things done which the minority situation caused... Our attitude is.. if you mess up.. you are toast... if we are really pi$$ed with a party we destroy them.. period.. last 40 years of federal and provincial elections up here demonstrates that...
