My Heeler is jealously possessive of any kind of ball.

Same with my two.. they are manic.. then they get a ball each and do this game where they dive at each other growling and snarling (scares the crap out of folks that don't know them) with their balls in their mouths... shaking and rending as if to show each other who is the better destroyer :O) Then they stop, lie down and start chewing on them or they bring them to you to be tossed... They need their own ball, or stick or whatever.. sharing does not work :O) It's part of their prey instinct (I think).. which is very strong in these dogs..
