"During the Obama administration ....Since Barack Obama was sworn in......since the beginning of the Obama administration...." Such rhetoric simplifies very complex and long-standing problems which unraveled 4 months before Obama took office, and it's silly to think that any president could reverse the momentum of global de-leveraging, especially with an inept, corrupt, partisan Congress obstructing any forward thinking policy.
