APM retains title as the NYSE's stock with largest short position.

shares short: 9,316,049

not a promising sign, IMO, given the recent dip in price, and opportunity the shorts had to cover.

I didn't know I was weaving a thread. All I'm trying to say is that I don't think WDC is going to be in any position to get price concessions on MR heads. I'm not saying this will be good, bad or indifferent for APM, but I do think as far as MR goes RDRT seems to be in a pretty good position. Please take this with a LARGE grain of salt. The current state of my portfolio would attest to the fact that my reasoning has been less than brilliant lately :o)

BTW Although I do still have a small position inAPM (200 shares) I currently have no position in RDRT.
