The actual measure of an unlevel playing field would have been a trial, deciding the issue of the allegations against Intel.

There was no trial in the EUC, or Korea. Had there been Intel could have presented a defense, called witnesses, presented evidence and cross examined it's accusers. None of that was allowed under their form of justice. But it really doesn't matter any more. AMD was given it's fair chance to succeed by anyone's measure. The spent years, burned a ton of money. They blew it and their credibility went along with it. Do you think any major OEM is going to design a major product line around BD? Will anyone but the Faithful believe AMD's next promise? Will you?
