I'm no M&A expert, but I would be flabbergasted if this were legal- tending shares BELOW your formal bid price. They probably can't do ANYTHING until the close. I wonder if they could even have been buying yesterday or last week. Any M&A lawyers out there?

Steve

I dont think so. I placed an order at 19 11/16 around 12:00 EST and got all the shares I ordered. Even towards the end of the day you could have bought these shares. I am sure you can buy them tomorrow at 19 11/16. The sellers are ones that feel the money in hand now is worth more than an additonla 5/16 after a month. Of course t5hey are not counting on a higher offer.
