ok, squelchers, enough about Henry's background. How about YOUR background, SIR???? Some Chicken Little concerns for you. Let's say Henry's current suggested scenario were to manifest--last year LGND moved from 11+ to 17+ between now and the H and Q conference in January. Henry expects something similar to happen this year, but more like from 14+ to 20+ (now we have a high prediction of 25 from dog and Cyberken). However, this move is dependent on news. The latest speculation is that much of this news (plus articles) has been delayed because of the delay in the ALRI closing, which has delayed the LLY closing. Also some are speculating that the price of LGND is being held down by the arbitragers. Now, let's say the deal is delayed even longer and along with it the news releases and the articles. Would the price be likely to remain at recent levels? Is it not possible that LGND may miss out on the expected move because of the delay, since H and Q is in the first part of January, getting pretty close. After H and Q last year, LGND's price began a long and painful decline from over 17 to 9. So, CL, what do you think. Tell me I am wrong and tell me why. Just trying top come up with a few more negative posts to help raise the price. (:>)

Squetch, I can't believe that you, Russian Bear, Andy, et. al. are giving this guy FUGAZI so much grief, when its obvious that he's not serious in his criticism of Henry - he's really just tryin' to get a date with Courtney. His pick-up line about how they both live in LA and should get together was pretty amateurish, but what the hell, I hope it works. She does sound pretty feisty. As far as Henry is concerned, I don't care that he made up that BS about how there would be some articles in the popular press covering LGND, after all, he was just hyping the stock - which is what LGND pays him to do. However, I do expect him to pay me back for the last three issues of Business Week which I bought and searched in vain for any mention of LGND.
