i support the hk demonstrators, and estimate that they can easily afford hkd 7000 psf housing price, an achievable number assuming blot ratio can be boosted on idle industrial buildings on the waterfront

a change of government policy on re-zoning the obvious, those hideous and cheap industrial buildings on the water front and on the 2015 subway line which are just 5 minutes drive away from hkd 50-60,000 psf homes should easily boost my club's industrial loft holdings to between 10x our cost incurred some 36 months ago

and tax free

so, you do see that the people of hk are united in one cause amongst those who want homes to call their own, and those willing to make available the redevelopment space

all the hk government needs to do is go thumbs-up

and per our chief executive's speech yesterday addressing the state of perfection, amongst the many measures, rezoning of industrial buildings is high on the priority list

iow, there is no problem in almost perfect hong kong ;0)
