Barry, After reading the Bob Verratti interview, and from the press announcement, investors may be getting the idea that there will NOT be a quick take-over for a large premium, but that things will take a while to turn around, and that NM may be the one doing the acquiring! I didn't think that was Safeguard's strategy, and they are still using Lehman to look for alternatives, I believe, but with this company anything is possible. I will hold well into next year to see what transpires, because I think whatever will happen will become clear by then. The fluctuations will probably continue (but I wish it would stay above 5), and I just hope I'm not tempted to sell when (if) it hits the 6-7 range again. Good luck, --John
