Not sure but most in that sector say orders have been pushed out this quarter not cancelled.

Semi equipment is becooming more asset allocation saavy.

In general a good thing.

I think the back end (test is next to have a good quarter - if you deal with logic.

Klic had a good quarter a while back and it faded.soon after.

Maturing industry with out big peaks and seems as though it is stuck in valley of late.

Great balance sheets and that is good IMO.

Must be patient.
