Roy - $2.00 is the magic number for AMEX, but no one seems concerned that it will be an issue. Current AMEX delays are due to the recent accounting change and need for numbers to be resubmitted. This just happened a couple of weeks ago, and in the BEST cases, it would take about 60 days from then. Expect a 60-90 day wait, then in early 1998 to Amex we go! Amex DOES want SYCR, and all balance sheet and financial requirements are met.

The share price will take care of itself, regardless of MM games in the very short term. When 2-Q numbers come out, I expect some major growth to be seen. Sales have been adding up, plus lots of UB and 1997 holdovers should make 2-Q terrific. OK, here's my EARLY forecast: at least .06/share on the conservative side.

Also, institutions ARE adding to or starting positions in this stock. One major inst. began adding last week and I know many of these major chunks (which are being spread among different MMs) are theirs. They are buying at $1.80+ and looking for a lot more than $2!!! They know what is coming and are very bullish, for good reason.

Tim

I believe all four-letter stocks trade after hours, the surprise to me was that the volume showed up in the end of the day accounting. Past experience was that the volume was not included.
