This reminds me of a forked tongue talk where Boehner says that while he is willing and wants to talk with Obama on the jobs plan, Obama is out campaigning instead. Now the forked tongue part. When Obama wanted to address the joint session of the Congress to unfold his jobs plan. Boehner wanted to indulge in campaigning and said that the debate of the Republican candidates on that day was more important than the jobs issue. So in this silly season, it looks like anything goes.
