Well it seems Skips spanking worked LOL
We were getting out of hand for a while.

As for the warrants, a resounding yes Joe.
We want the warrants called in to boost the cos cash reserve and to simplify all the outstanding shares, in order for us to be looked over by the big boys.

Its a positive step and it will not affect the price of shares, since warrat holders will have to pay the diffrence in warrants and share price of the day.

Joe,
<May I ask what the ramifications are "for the warrants to be called." Basically, should a simpleton like me root for the closing bid greater than 6 3/8 for the next 16 days? Do I want these warrants to be called?>

The simple answer is that you should definitely want the warrants to be called, if for no other reason than that means that the price has remained up and the company gets about $2.5MM more cash. There's been quite a lot of discussion already on the warrants and their implications. You can access that discussion through the Research Thread Index. techstocks.com
You will find the warrants discussion under "Stock, Margin, Warrants, ..."

P.S. This is most definitely on topic. Those earlier notes were not directed at this type of question.
