The NY TIMES sold its own building a couple years ago in an attempt to stay afloat financially. They now rent it from the new owner. Take a look at how their stock price has sunk over the last few years. But they still can be proud of the Pulitzer prize their Walter Duranty won for being Stalin's stooge and propagandist.
