Regardless of the conversion which is anything why would an insider convert. They B are good till when ever. Why put stock that can't be short in the market. That would cut off their nose to spite their face and give stock to short against.

The B is insider and I doubt will convert. ALso even they did they can not be traded till Oct 1999. The B is not a problem in my opinion because there are aggreements to take care of any possible dilution without the company's approval.

They want their float to remain at 1.2M and not be diluted.

Hope this explains it.
