Joey - Re: "Where did you get this info and how reliable do you think it is? " This was a "rumor from reliable sources" as noted in some press release I saw in C\|NET or on the CMP/Techweb. If AMD's stock went down, that could possobly be due to Compaq canceling their announcement. It could have something to do with AMD not being able to commit to meeting minimum volume shipments or perhaps their latest K6/0.25 micron "stepping" failed to reach acceptable power levels. Paul
